New scholarship student at DAI Lab

We are happy to welcome Cagdas Esiyok as new PhD student here at CC IRML. Cagdas has a master degree in intelligent systems from the University of Sussex (UK) and a bachelor degree from Gazi University (TUR). His research interests are natural language processing and opinion mining. He holds a scholarship from his home country.

Starting at the beginning of 2013, we intiated a new project in the area of recommender systems. The project is called EPEN – Development of a personalized recommendation system for news articles, (German: Entwicklung von Personalisierten Empfehlungssystemen für Nachrichten).


New PhD Student
